Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing – post or email. Cancellations will not be deemed received until you have written confirmation from the ACG次元网. If you have not received an acknowledgement within two business days, please contact us on 08 9382 2100.

No refunds will be made for cancellations for the conference after Friday, 8 September 2023 however, substitutions can be accepted. Registrations are transferable to other attendees without incurring a penalty, however, you must advise of the change in writing.
